Who handles your data

Browsing this website

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or external fonts. We do not profile you. The hosting provider may record technical logs (for example IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operation. These logs are kept for a short period and we do not use them to identify you.

The business application form

If you apply on behalf of your business, we collect: company name, VAT number, segment, the contact person's name and role, email and, if you provide them, phone, website and the optional second-step details (catalogue, integrations and similar). We use them only to assess the application, get back to you and, if there is mutual interest, prepare an agreement.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us and assessing new suppliers. If the application moves forward, also the pre-contractual steps requested by your business. Mandatory fields are needed to assess the application: without them we cannot proceed.

Data is seen only by the authorised Sharin team and by the technical providers who help us manage it (hosting, email, management tools). They act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

If the application does not lead to an agreement, we delete the data 12 months after the last contact. If it does, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.

Newsletter only with your consent: the box is optional and not pre-ticked. If you leave it unticked, your application is assessed anyway. You can withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe option in every email or by writing to privacy@sharinapp.com.

Pre-filled email

While the form is not active, the website neither sends nor stores what you type. It opens a pre-filled email to providers@sharinapp.com, which leaves from your own email app only if you choose to send it. From then on, this notice applies; your email provider handles the message under its own terms.

Store name

The «store name» field on the home page stores nothing on this website: it takes you to Sharin, where you open the store with the name you typed. Sharin's privacy notice for store owners applies there.

Data outside the EU

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer only takes place with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@sharinapp.com: we reply within one month.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
